With over 50 years of experience (something that cannot simply be found by Googling it), we prioritize quality over quantity by focusing on cultivating exclusive relationships with our clients. We don't want everyone's business, just yours!

Options

Mel will take care of your biggest investment personally from start to close. He'll present your home to all buyers and present all offers and/or contracts on all plans to you in person. He takes pride in repeat and referral business and is presently working with the fourth generation of some clients. We hope you will see why Mel keeps getting return clients, their families, and friends. 

• 7% Cadillac Plan: The most comprehensive marketing plan available. Maximum exposure. From virtual home tours, Realtor.com, to over 20 additional web addresses on the internet. Placed in multiple listing service (MLS). Mel will do it all. Average marketing cost per listing is between $1200 - $1700 at no cost to you the seller.
• 6% Common Plan: Full service. Perfect for the busy working owner. Mel will take care of everything. Goes on the internet, Realtor.com, multiply listing service (MLS) and all his realtor sites. 
• 5%: A very economical way to sell at the fraction of the cost. Comparable to other company's full-service plan. Ask for details.
• 4%: Perfect for the "FOR SALE BY OWNER" and for builders. Mel places on the multiply listing service.
• 2%, 5%, 6%: Graduated plan is very popular. Seller(s) work with Mel in getting property sold. Fee based on who sells it.
• Flat Fee Plan: Fee is established at listing. Depends on price, condition of house and how much you, the owner, wants to participate in the sale. 
• For the Buyer: Buyer's rebate from Mel with signed Buyers Agent Agreement.
